I will consider what I have learnt using this research, and what I could take into my future work. I will consider with a simple summary. Firstly, I will begin by explaining the meaning of New consciousness (TA), as well as the dynamics at the rear of this. Richard Berne was your founder of ‘TA' inside the 1950's. ‘TA' is a theory of character and interpersonal psychology within the humanistic custom. It looks with the cognitive effect of human encounter. It offers a framework intended for understanding several personalities. It gives you an understanding showing how people react, and inter-react, with each other, and how our brains work. KONSTRUERA is based on the idea that we have three parts, or perhaps ego-states, to our personality, and this these converse with one another in 'transactions'. Once two people communicate, each exchange is a ‘transaction'. Many of our concerns come from ventures which are unsuccessful, and this can be because of largely towards the attitudes that are adopted during that time. There are 4 theoretical fundamentals. There is the ego-state, scripts, ventures and video games. We are forced to play multiple parts daily depending on the situation we find themselves in. Within every ego we also have ‘sub-sections'. If we present in the ‘adult ego', our company is being rational, reasonable and assertive, with no trying to control, or respond aggressively, much like the ‘ideal self' would be. Although, if we will be presenting a ‘parent ego' we could possibly be nurturing, caring or perhaps concerned, or perhaps alternatively managing, and maybe transferring beliefs, or values, having a degree of ‘force'. If we present a ‘childlike ego' we're able to be displaying a ‘natural', ‘little professor' or ‘adaptive child' way. ‘All 3 aspects of the personality possess a high success and living value, in fact it is only when one or the various other of them disturbs the healthy balance that analysis and reorganisation happen to be indicated. Or else each of them, Mother or father, Adult or Child is usually entitled to similar respect and has their legitimate put in place a full and productive life'.
